Padmakar Y. Chaphekar | Chairman
As the Founding Chairman of Chaphekar Suspensions Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Padmakar Chaphekar has shown the way with his entrepreneurial spirit and engineering excellence at every step. With more than 5 decades of enriching experience, Mr. Chaphekar, fondly known as Dada, lends his expertise to tool designing and optimising the manufacturing process while enhancing the quality of output. He has been instrumental in adding prestigious names like Bajaj Auto, Force Motors and BEML, to CSPL's esteemed clientele. For his distinguished contribution to the field of engineering and entrepreneurship, Mr. Padmakar Chaphekar has been felicitated with the prestigious Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award for Entrepreneurial Growth. He continues to mentor the team at CSPL.
Prabha Chaphekar | Director
Bringing a caring and personal approach to an otherwise professional industry, Mrs. Prabha Chaphekar has shaped a legacy of excellent team culture at CSPL. Her excellent human resources skills have not only nurtured a healthy work environment, but has contributed immensely to the planning and implementation of a holistic development of the entire workforce. She also single-handedly headed the entire operations of CSPL's Kalina Manufacturing Unit in Mumbai, for more than 3 years.
Ketan Chaphekar | CEO
A Mechanical engineer by qualification, Mr. Ketan Chaphekar works across all the critical functions at CSPL. His knowledge, understanding and decision-making drive the process selection, personnel training and optimisation of available resources- both men and machines. Mr. Ketan Chaphekar oversees the marketing function as well. A second generation entrepreneur, his ambition and vision has been central towards establishing CSPL as a Global Contract Manufacturing Partner. He has also led CSPL's diversification from the automobile segment to other sectors, addition of the second manufacturing plant and developing the export business. Mr. Ketan Chaphekar was awarded the Annasaheb Magar Yuva Udyojak Puraskar in 2003.
Shraddha Chaphekar | CFO
With more than a decade long experience in finance, Mrs. Shraddha Chaphekar has been instrumental in transforming the finance and accounting systems at CSPL. A commerce graduate, she has been instrumental in improving the cash flow and facilitating the transition of company's accounts from cooperative banks to a global banking system. In addition to developing a robust accounting system, Mrs. Shraddha Chaphekar has been closely involved in HR management and training of the management team and staff.
